Colectivo Coffee is looking to add Delivery Drivers to our growing team. Our drivers deliver all of our coffee, tea, and food products to our cafes and wholesale customers on a daily basis. Starting off at Troubadour bakery each evening, each driver hand loads their van with all items to be delivered on their pre-scheduled route.
We do not require a CDL for our Delivery Drivers, as our drivers are found behind the wheel of box trucks or delivery vans. Average shift lengths are about 8 hours long, and routes are local - with the furthest traveling to Chicago. Our Delivery Drivers have various levels of previous experience, though we do prefer candidates to have some experience. The position can be very physically demanding, comfort with lifting and moving up to 1 ton of product each night is a must.
